Preserving Cultural Heritage Through Contemporary Creative Leadership
Co-founder:
Vietnamese traditional music while reimagining it for contemporary audiences. I led the planning and coordination of cultural activities, connecting young performers with traditional artists and creating spaces where heritage and modern creativity could coexist. Through this role, I learned to apply leadership not only as organization and management, but as cultural stewardship, ensuring that tradition remains relevant, accessible, and sustainable for future generations.

Moon-Shaped Lute (Đàn Nguyệt) Artist:
I served as a Moon-Shaped Lute (Đàn Nguyệt) Artist during “Vietnamese Echoes” showcase at Ho Chi Minh City Museum of History, attracting 120+ local and international attendees.
Performing on stage allowed me to embody the cultural values the club aims to preserve, translating historical musical expressions into live, emotionally resonant experiences. This dual role as both organizer and performer deepened my understanding of how artistic practice and leadership can reinforce one another, enabling cultural preservation through authentic performance rather than abstraction.
