Leadership
Leadership, to me, has never been about titles. It has been about responsibility-the responsibility to share knowledge, to listen to communities, and to build systems that continue to create impact even in my absence.
I progressed from a member to Head of Academics, Vice President, and President, shifting my focus from individual achievement to collective growth. I mentored 24 members in advanced mathematics, encouraging them to view mathematics as a creative and service-oriented discipline.
I founded AIoT Club to explore interdisciplinary applications of artificial intelligence across education, healthcare, psychology, startups, and culture. I organized academic talk shows and produced an AI-focused podcast series to connect students, professionals, and underrepresented audiences.
“Bridging Knowledge, Empowering Futures” Summer Program
I founded and led a STEM outreach program for rural primary schools, establishing three STEM learning corners and delivering hands-on Arduino workshops. The program supported 40 fifth-grade students transitioning to middle school and was funded through a student-led STEM toy initiative.
I participated in an engineering shadowing program that exposed me to real-world applications of mechanical and electronics engineering, robotics, automation, 3D printing, and virtual reality. Observing engineers transform theoretical concepts into deployable systems strengthened my interest in applied engineering and interdisciplinary collaboration.
I founded A Bit Club to support deaf and hard-of-hearing learners, dedicating six months to learning Vietnamese Sign Language to engage directly with the community. Through nationwide workshops and partnerships, the initiative empowered over 500 learners with digital literacy, AI tools, and practical technology skills.
I founded Đàn Hương Việt, a creative platform that integrates AI-generated music with traditional Vietnamese instruments. The project reflects my commitment to connecting technology with cultural preservation, using modern tools to enhance rather than replace traditional artistic expression.
